Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued in full for cancellations made more than 5 days before the camp's start date, minus a $15 transaction and processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the camp's start. We encourage attendees to notify us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation to facilitate a smooth process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
